The last 5 weeks served up a myriad of, but intentional thought processing as I worked through
- Understanding the Disruptive Innovation ride, I am,
- Identifying the niche area that my organization needs to address, and researching support data to that maps my project journey,
- Studying the experiential best practice journey of others that have gone before. No need to “re-invent the complete wheel”,
- Personal self-reevaluation in determining my resolve to effectively drive and see this project through to successful completion,
- Having a full appreciation for the journey ahead, that change is indeed a process and not an event. This will allow my growth mindset to adapt throughout this ride, when challenges arise, to dynamically address and solve them.
The results produced my proposal, literature review, annotation bibliography, implementation plan, and promotion video. My plan’s documented link is the PROJECT. The stage is set. Action, Take 1 … Scene 1.
